Total Rewards Academy program

I samarbejde med The Reward Practice Ltd.

Bliv certificeret i WorldatWork - Global Remuneration Professional® (GRP®) og opgrader dine kompetencer og udbyg dit netwærk. The Total Rewards Academy er målrettet HR medarbejdere på alle niveauer, der arbejder med eller har interesse for løn og personalegoder.

Novo Nordisk, Lundbeck, Mærsk, Electrolux, IKEA med flere har I samarbejde med The Reward Practice Ltd. lagt grundstenene til et effektivt og koncentreret program på tre forløb af en uges varighed programsat hen over 12 måneder. Det er markant kortere end normen på 3-5 år for de offentligt tilgængelige W@W kurser.

I 2022 gjorde vi programmet tilgængeligt for alle virksomheder i Skandinavian. Konceptet har vist sin værdi uanset hvilket kompetenceniveau du har, og det giver dig mulighed for at blive del af de hidtil 200+ HR medarbejdere fra nogle af Skandinaviens mest velrenomerede virksomheder, som allerede har gennemført og draget fordel af programmet.

Kursusforløb for 2024/25

Hvert forløb har typisk 25-30 deltagere for bedre at muliggøre en åben diskussion. Nedenfor ser du, hvordan de 10 emner kurset består af er fordelt på de tre uger i et sammenhængende forløb.

Hvert kursus afsluttes med en eksamen, som kan tages, når du er klar. Målsætningen er at alle deltagere består eksamenerne. Der vil være mulighed for at tilgå optagelser af hvert kursus for opfølgende selvstudier.  

Casestudier

Udover de 10 kurser I WorldatWork programmet, består forløbet desuden af casestudier fra deltagende virksomheder såvel som Mercer, samt læring fra de forløbne år relateret til Covid-19 og hvordan vi fremadrettet kan organisere vores arbejdsliv.

Deltagere vil få tilsendt case-materiale før hvert forløb. Casestudierne er primært oplæg til diskussion i gruppen, og der er ikke krav om egentlig forberedelse.
