Kylie Willment is a Partner in Mercer’s Investments business, based in Sydney. She is the Chief Investment Officer for the Pacific region, and leads the Investment Management team, consisting of asset allocation strategists, portfolio managers and analysts across Australia and New Zealand. 

Kylie is a member of Mercer’s Pacific Investment Committee, Mainstream Assets Global Investment Committee, the Investments and Pacific Leadership Teams, and Co-Chair of the Global Investment Solutions ESG Integration Committee.

Prior to joining Mercer in October 2017, Kylie gained 25 years of experience in financial services, including 17 years at NSW Treasury Corporation (TCorp), where she was integral to the evolution of TCorp's investment function.

Kylie is also a Non-Executive Director on the icare Board, where she is the chair of the Technology and Data Strategy Committee, and a member of the Investment and Asset Committee.

Kylie holds a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University, and is a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA). She has also served as a Director of the CIMA Society of Australia, and been a member of the Investment and Wealth Institute’s Global Certification Commission.
