Hotel accommodation can be booked here. Mercer has reserved a block of hotel rooms at The Samuel Hotel at a rate of €199 per night for a deluxe double room or €229 per night for a deluxe king room. The rate includes tax and breakfast. The discounted rate is available until 26 February 2024. Reservations made after this date will be based on hotel availability and at the prevailing rate.

Hotel room cancellations must be received 21 days prior to your scheduled check-in date, the first night's stay will be charged as cancellation fee. Failure to cancel 21 days prior will result in being charged for the duration of your stay.

Which attendee are you?

For the purposes of the Forum, an asset owner is a client or contact of Mercer who is an executive, board member or other key decision-maker of a retirement plan, wealth management firm, insurer, endowment, foundation, government agency or similar entity. Invited asset owners do not have to pay registration fee.

The asset manager registration fee for this event is 14,500 USD for one attendee. Registration includes attendance at the asset manager briefing, attendance at the networking opportunities, main presentations and breakout sessions, up to five virtual 30 minute one-to-one sessions, opportunities to make new professional connections with hundreds of other attendees and all session materials after the event.

Mercer's receipt of revenue from a Fund manager will not result in any preferential treatment by Mercer when evaluating or recommending managers, their affiliates, products or strategies.

Mercer accepts no responsibility for the views or opinions of the speakers or any other persons at the event.

Mercer reserves the right to make changes in the agenda or speaker roster at any time without prior notice.

Managers are limited to a maximum of three registrations per Forum. Each registration covers only one person.

Mercer has the right to decline any registrations received from competitors and other potential delegates that do not match the targeted audience.

By registering for the Mercer Global Investment Forum, consent is given to Mercer for its disclosure of your financial institution's name to third parties for conflict of interest disclosure purposes.

Cancellations must be communicated via email to Maria Reyes. Cancellation requests sent two months before the Forum will be refunded in full. Cancellation requests sent one month before the Forum will be refunded in half (50%). Except as set forth above or in cases of Force Majeure or termination for breach, a refund is not allowed.
