    Implementing skills transformation is a real profound change for the workforce. Many of the tasks we have today will not be required. New work will be created. That's going to change what's happening, how it's happening, but also, importantly, where it's happening.

    Talent wants to join you because you're going to give them future skills and opportunities. I think there's a risk that we increase the gap between those who are in formal employment, and those that are unemployed, in informal work, or in low paid work who don't have that same access to new skills.

  • Future of work

    The future of work is not set. It's not going to be determined by technology. We have agency and the decisions and actions that we take in partnership with stakeholders are going to shape what the future work looks like for our colleagues and our communities.
