Jeff has been a consulting partner for 25 years and he has extensive experience in workforce and workplace transformation, work redesign, and human capital issues in global and growth markets. He has lived in and led practices in the US, India, Russia, Belgium, Israel and Kenya.
Jeff Schwartz was a senior principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP for 20 years, most recently as the U.S. Leader for the future of work, the co-founder of the firm’s innovation tech terminal in Israel (Catalyst) and as a senior partner in the firm’s Global Human Capital executive since 2003. From 2011 to 2021 Jeff was the global editor of Deloitte’s Human Capital trends research and reports.

Based in Singapore where she has lived for the past 17 years, Godelieve van Dooren spearheads the growth and expansion of Marsh McLennan in South East Asia - covering Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, The Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam.
Her expertise in designing and delivering impactful people and risk solutions empowers Marsh McLennan’s clients in their business, risk and workforce transformation as they navigate the realities of a constantly changing environment.
Prior to this role, Godelieve was the CEO of Mercer’s South East Asia Growth markets, helping companies navigate the health, wealth and career needs of the fast-evolving workforce in this dynamic region.
