Cost-effectiveness and financial stability

Negotiated premium rates leverage economies of scale and are secured for a period of up to three years, until December 2027.

A dedicated 24/7 hotline provides employees with prompt and reliable assistance regarding benefits coverage, claims status, underwriting outcomes and IT inquiries.
