She has extensive M&A experience, including integrating acquisitions globally and establishing HR functions for joint ventures and spin-offs. Prior to joining Mercer, Jenny was the Director of Human Resources Operations at a Fortune 500 semiconductor company, where she led HR initiatives for M&A and managed various HR functions. She holds a master’s in health services administration from the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s in public health from Indiana University.

    Adam is a Principal and Career Products Market Leader, based in Seattle, where he is responsible for leading complex projects, understanding client initiatives and ensuring successful project outcomes. Specifically, he has oversight in new client relationships, providing recommendations and deliverables for Total Rewards teams and providing expert advisory services and insights.  With over ten years of experience in HCM, HRIS, and technology, he focuses on data, employee engagement, and HR transformation. Adam's expertise includes Compensation Data, Benefits and Total Rewards Data, and Workforce Transition. He holds a BS from Ball State University’s Miller School of Business, specializing in Entrepreneurship and Business Management.

He leads project teams focused on talent management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and risk management, primarily in the technology and bio-pharma sectors. Erich holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Economics from Washington State University and is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) from Wharton.

David has also served as Chief Human Capital Officer for a unicorn healthcare start-up, where he built an HR function based on global best practices. He graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University.

Her strategic insights and comprehensive approach deliver significant value to Mercer clients by ensuring effective compensation strategies that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
