Inclusivity is top of mind with 41% of employers now observing Juneteenth as a fixed holiday. Additionally, employers are including alternative ways of becoming a parent into their parental leave policies to account for things like adoption, surrogacy, etc. 

Respondents are now adding targeted days to be in alignment with the employer’s mission statement and philosophy. The way employers look at time-off is changing, with flexibility and inclusivity being the main motivator.
